Term Dates
I follow the Victorian school term timetable.
Term 1, 2024 (9 weeks) Tuesday, January 30 – Saturday, March 30
Term 2, 2024 (11 weeks) Monday, April 15 – Saturday, June 29
Term 3, 2024 (10 weeks) Monday, July 15 – Saturday, September 21
Term 4, 2024 (11 weeks) Monday, October 7 – Saturday, December 21
Lessons during the school holidays may be arranged upon request.
2024 Tuition Fees
30 minute lesson: $42
Enrolment Policy
To enrol in lessons and secure a regular time slot, term fees must be paid at the beginning of the term. An invoice will be emailed at the beginning of the term.
Cancellation Policy
The earliest possible notice for a cancellation is greatly appreciated.
For missed lessons, students may be offered catch up lessons during the school holidays, a double lesson during the term, or a catch up lesson during the term if a spot becomes available.
Missed lessons without prior notice will be forfeited.
In the event that I need to cancel a lesson, the student will receive a full refund for the lesson or credit towards the following term fees.
At the beginning of the term if you know of future absences (planned holidays during the term etc.), you will not be billed for those dates. Please let me know before the start of term and I will adjust the term fees accordingly.
Missed lessons due to exceptional circumstances will be treated compassionately and the normal cancellation policies may not apply.
